How to Understand Other People’s Feelings and Emotions

In short, this is called empathy. To know, figure out, understand what the other person is going through in his mind, body and life. Putting yourself in others shoes, trying to see the world or situations from their perspective so that you can help them. This is a small video that I came across. Though, I could not confirm the observations noted scientifically through some reports, most of the things made sense. And, especially during these times of stressful living of COVID19, families self isolating there is a greater need and requirement to understand each other in a family because. Ultimately, each one of us is trying to be happy and leading a meaningful life with the choices available and situations prevailing. So, it is time for us to find-out how others are feeling and what really makes everyone happy.

1.If a person laughs too much, even at stupid things, he is lonely deep inside.
2.Ninety percent of people, text things they can’t say in person.
3.If a person sleeps a lot, he is sad.
4.If a person speaks less,but speaks fast, he keeps secrets.
5.The person who brings out the best in you and makes you strong, is actually your weakness.
6.Singing reduce the feelings of anxiety and depression.
7.If someone cries on little things, he is innocent and soft-hearted.
8.The type of music you listen to affect the way you perceive the world.
9.If someone becomes angry over silly or petty things, it means he needs love.
10.If someone cant cry, he is weak.
11.You will require less sleep when you are Happy in life.
12.Being with positive and happy people, makes you happier.
13.The more you spend on others, the happier you feel.
14.If someone eats in an abnormal manner, he is tense.
15.The very last person on your mind before you fall asleep is either the reason for your happiness or pain.

And, there are heaps of others that we can add in like,
